We are excited to introduce Anima, a new online appointment and consultation tool which will mean patients can access our services in a fair and equitable way without having to sit in a telephone queue to speak to us.
We encourage everyone to look at our website and create their Anima account in readiness for our ‘go live’ date on 13th June 2024.
Patients will be able to log in to their Anima account and submit a medical request (to see a GP), an admin request or a simple query and this will be reviewed by the appropriate team who will provide a response via email and/or text; this may include a self-booking link to a choice of appointments, if needed.
For patients who don’t have internet access or a smart phone, don’t worry, our reception team are here to help you.
If you need help with creating your Anima account, we are holding some drop-in sessions at the surgery, where a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
